What Sets Us Apart
Full 14-Point Pre-Audits — No quick scans or partial reviews. We cover every required area of the State Minimum Standards so you know exactly where you stand.

Needs Based Consult Services —— Whether you need help fixing one high-risk area, or policy support to strengthen compliance — we deliver exactly what your facility needs, when you need it.

Safety & Security for Everyone — Our focus is protecting both inmates and staff — reducing violence, preventing incidents, and eliminating unnecessary liability.
Practical, Sheriff-Friendly Deliverables — Detailed reports with clear findings, photos (where permitted), severity ratings, and prioritized fixes.
Results-Oriented — Our goal is simple: Help your facility pass inspections with zero deficiencies — and create a safer environment for everyone inside.

Most consultants see only one side of the bars. We see both.
Colton founded Frontline Corrections Consultants with a rare advantage:
7 years of professional experience — hands-on in facility operations, security, supervision, and daily jail management.
4 years of firsthand incarceration experience — across every security level in private and government-run institutions.

When you need a consultant who truly understands both sides of the frontline.

Pricing is determined by three simple factors:
1. Facility Size:
Small jails (under 150 beds)
Mid-size jails (150–400 beds)
Larger or more complex facilities (400+ beds or unique operations)

2. Travel Distance - Included within 150 miles of Columbia, Tennessee - Reasonable mileage reimbursement at current IRS rate for longer distances (receipts provided).

3. Any Custom Add-Ons - Most clients choose the full inspection only - Optional add-ons (if needed after audit) are quoted separately and transparently.
We provide a clear, written quote before any work begins — so you know exactly what to expect.
Payment is simple: - 50% deposit to schedule the on-site audit - Balance due upon day of service - Net 15 days on invoice - Accepted: Check, ACH/wire transfer.

Why this approach?
You get full value every time — no upselling or tier confusion - Pricing reflects the real time, travel, and expertise required.
We focus on results: helping your facility pass inspections with zero deficiencies, reduce safety risks, and protect both staff and inmates.
